When you request a reading, you provide your name, date and time of birth, and city of birth. This data is processed in a temporary server-side session to generate your reading. We do not create accounts. If you choose to receive your reading by email, we use it to deliver your readings and to send you occasional updates about new features. You may unsubscribe at any time.
Your birth data exists only for the duration of your session. If you provide your email for reading delivery, it is stored securely and can be deleted upon request to hello@writteninstars.io.
We use only essential cookies to maintain your session and remember your language preference. We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or any form of tracking. No third-party cookies are set.
Your birth data is processed by our AI system solely to generate your reading. We do not share your data with anyone else. We do not sell data. We have no advertising partners.
Under GDPR, UK GDPR, and similar frameworks, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. If you provided your email, you may request its deletion at any time. For all privacy concerns, contact hello@writteninstars.io.
